Rain, rain go away

Unfortunately it is here to stay for the next 4-5 days. We just got through having temperatures in the 70's and it was so beautiful!
I thought I would share my new address cards that I made some time ago, they are patiently waiting to be mailed (soon I hope!) I used my cricut for the writing and car, a cardboard box for the background and Coluzzle for the library pocket. They will all have Jute tied around them but I only did one so you can see the finished card. Inside the pocket is an Index card and I used the stamp that came with the library pocket template. I figured I would print up some labels to adhere to the index card, then write a small note on each one.
The house is slow going but we just found out my dad and stepmom will be driving their motorhome here in July from OR and they will be staying for two weeks. We will try really hard to be moved by then and also hoping to have an area on the property where they can park their motorhome. My dad will love that, he can wake up and have his morning coffee and go fishing at the same time! We will have to get him a temporary fishing license. I am so excited to see them, it has been about 4 years.
I also wanted to share some new tags I made yesterday. Terry is a big fan of camels and palm trees and I just happen to have a couple metal cookie cutters in those shapes so I used them for the patterns.

Well, that's it for now. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
