Hello!

Just wanted to check in and say Hi! My gosh I miss my blog and internet! We have been waiting for a line to be brought down from the highway so we can have a phone and internet. They had to have engineers come and see if they would be able to bring a line down as the cable is on the other side of the highway so it needs to go through different departments before it can be done. They said it could be a week, two weeks, four weeks, they didn't know but have marked it priority and said they would get to it as soon as possible. It has been so frustrating being disconnected from the world via internet and I have missed all my blog buddies so much, I can't wait to get connected and get back into the swing of things.

The move went really well, I unpacked and organized for the first few weeks, and now I am working on my craft room, should have it done this week but still need a small table for my sewing machine. I've had alot of fun refinishing dressers and furniture to store crafty supplies, everything is white and I love how it is turning out.

Aside from not being able to get internet and it being a little creepy at night because it is so dark, I love living out in the boonies. It has been an adjustment being away from everything but I am finally starting to feel comfortable and at home. One of my favorite things to do is look up at the stars at night, I couldn't see them when we lived in the city and now that we are away from the city lights, the night sky is absolutely beautiful! I saw my first falling star the other night and made a wish, I haven't done that in years!

I'm borrowing a friends computer at her work so I better keep this short. Sorry to have dissapeared for so long but I am hoping I'll get internet soon and start blogging again. I'll post as soon as I am back up and running. I hope all of you have had a wonderful summer!
