Time is Flying By

I can't believe it is the middle of September and summer is almost over. My garden is almost dead although my cherry tomatoes are still hanging on but I don't think there will be much left after this week. I am cherishing each and every little tomatoe I eat so I can remember the sweet taste of them to get me through the winter.
Just a few note cards I have been working on, this first set is embellished with handmade paper, My Minds Eye glitter chipboard, lace, trim, a little sewing and some bling...

This second set is embellished with Dream Street papers, felt, rhinestones, lace and Deja' View chipboard.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
Thanks for stopping by!
Annette

We have a bit of warm weather moving in for a few days and I'm just trying to enjoy it as much as possible. Not ready to pack up the t-shirts and dig out the winter gear.

Your cards are stunning! I love the nontraditional pinks and blues for winter cards! Gorgeous!!!!

Wow...Annette, I've been reading about the handmade paper and there is no way I'd try it. TOO much work...but your cards turned out great. I love the elegant silver trees. The 2nd batch is awesome. I love those colors for Christmas. The old red and green have been pushed to the back and now days anything goes. Have you moved in yet??

Oh Annette, these are gorgeous. Love the creamy colors with the glitter on the trees...so elegant! Summer is fading here as well. My lawn is already sporting s few leaves and my flowers are drooping. I love fall...but winter comes way to fast.

Beautiful cards, Annette! I always love the soft and feminine touches you add to your projects.
I am so jealous to hear about your tomatoes. My DD and I planted 5 tomato plants this spring, and we've only gotten about 5 cherry tomatoes off of them. I guess I just don't have a green thumb.
