More felt!

I had so much fun making my penguin card that I had to make another! I have been eyeing this adorable polar bear, also on the "Joys of the Season" cartridge and thought he would be perfect out of felt. I used a stiff felt for the polar bear. I wish they made more colors of this type of felt, it is so much easier to work with. I used regular felt on the scarf, but cut it out a little bigger than the pattern. Papers and die cuts used are My Minds Eye "Be Merry" collection. I added some shimmery rick rac and some Kaiser Pearls and adhesive rhinestones to finish off the card.
